Cheyenne - 2002 16.1h, "Annie" is a Dutch/TB mare by Nevada, out of Shadow Ofthe Night, by What a Ring.  Annie's sire Nevada is a Dutch Warmblood stallion by Galant and his lineage includes Aram, Nimmerdor, Jasper, Courville and Obelisk. Annie's damline goes back to Bold Ruler, Native Dancer and Nasrullah.

Annie is a good moving, kind and extremely quiet mare.  She was selected as an amateur hunter prospect because of her unflappable and forgiving temperament, but unfortunately was unshown due to injury.  Annie is approved for breeding with ISR/Oldenburg NA, as well as BWP/NAD.  She has also been shown on the line in very good company:

1st - 2007 Maryland Horse and Pony Show - Broodmares
            Handled by Junior Johnson
1st - 2008 Upperville Colt and Horse Show - Other Than TB Broodmares
            Handled by Junior Johnson

Annie's foals:
*March 16, 2010 - Killian's Irish Red by Legaczy.
*March 31, 2011 - Limitless by Legaczy
*2012 - Annie is bred back to Legaczy for an April foal

Princess Warlock - 2003 15.3h, "Panda" is the classic Thoroughbred - a lovely, very refined mare with a wonderful personality.
Brave and straight forward, she evented successfully and was always double clear.

Panda's sire Deputy Warlock was a multiple stakes winner as a juvenile and twice graded stakes-placed, as well as placing respectfully in the Kentucky Derby.  His sire Silver Deputy was undefeated in his short racing career and became the sire of 70+ stakes winners.  Silver Deputy's sire was the great Deputy Minister, winner of multiple championships and Horse of the Year honors in Canada and the U.S., and sire of 90 stakes winners with progeny earnings of $72 million.

Panda's dam Ohthereyouare raced until she was 7yo and had 30 starts, including wins.  Her sire was Vittorioso, who had 48 starts and was a winner at the G2 level.  The seven horses included in the first three generations of Panda's damline have a combined 267 starts!  This is a fantastic example of the soundness and longevity of this family tree.

Although she evented, Panda has great hunter movement and she was selected as a refinement mare for Legaczy.  She has been inspected and entered into the BWP/NAD main mare book.

* Panda delivered a gorgeous filly on March 11, 2011.  Visit the Nursery page for details.  She is bred back to Legaczy for a May 2012 foal.

Whimczical - 2004 16.1h+ Oldenburg mare by Alla'Czar and out of an Art Deco mare.  Gorgeous mover and jumper, extremely brave to the jumps with tons of scope.  Whimczical had a very notable career on the line in hunter breeding.  Highlights include:

~ 12 First place finishes as a 2yo
~ Best Young Horse at Pennsylvania Hunter Breeders Futurity
~ Best Young Horse at the Select Breeders Championship
~ Champion 2yo Filly IHF East
~ Champion 2yo Filly IHF Finals
~ 1st Sallie Wheeler East Coast 2yo Filly
~ 1st 2yo Non-TB filly at Devon
~ Zone 3 Champion 2yo
~ USEF National Reserve Champion 2yo (leading filly)

She also made a successful move into the performance divisions, finishing Reserve Champion in the 4yo performance division at the International Hunter Futurity Eastern Regional in fall 2008 (winning the conformation over fences).  Then in 2009 she was shown lightly in the First Year Pre Greens where she had good ribbons over fences and won the hack her first time out.

Whimczical is now taking a year off from showing and is bred to Redwine for a May 2011 foal.  This cross should be nothing less than fantastic.  Please go to Gray Fox Farms for more information on Redwine and contact Jill Burnell regarding the availability of this foal.

*May 27, 2011 - Whimczical delivered a breathtaking chestnut sabino filly that is everything we thought this cross would produce.  Please see the Nursery page for photos and details on "Pink".  Whimczical will be bred back to Redwine in 2012.
